We do not offer therapy/counseling. We encourage therapy/counseling as part of your treatment plan for best outcomes. Check with your Insurance for referrals.

Speaking with the Board-certified Nurse Practitioner about your presenting symptoms. The Nurse Practitioner will review your medical history, psychiatric history, and current medications you are taking. The Nurse Practitioner will counsel you on the prescription, dosage, and treatment plan. Your prescription will be electronically sent to your preferred pharmacy.

Psych evaluation is 1 hour, psych medication follow-up is 30 mins.
15 to 20 minutes for wellness appointments
Please be aware that if the Nurse Practitioner determines that a case requires an in- person evaluation by a Provider, the appointment will be interrupted, and there will be no charge for the appointment.

Participants require ongoing evaluation to monitor treatment progress. Refills at each visit, most refills are every 6 weeks up to 12 weeks.

We will respond to your messages within 72 hours. Request for a change in medication or dose, an appointment is required for accurate and safe evaluation.

We do not encourage Benzodiazepines due to the known risks that include cognitive slowing and worsening anxiety related to long-term use. We will address the root causes of the symptoms and discuss alternative effective treatment options. The risks outweigh the benefits.

We ask that you reschedule appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Missed appointments or no call/no show may result in a fee of up to $250 for new patients and up to $150 for medication follow-ups. This is to respect and support availability for others seeking care. Note: The Insurance does not pay for such fee.

Serenity Healthy Minds and Telemedicine Wellness LLC is not required to complete documentation related to court-ordered evaluations or sports participation evaluations or worker's compensations or long-term disability evaluations or documentation for emotional support animals. We encourage the participant to request their medical records for such requests. Please allow up to 7 business days for medical record requests. Our Provider may consider short-term disability evaluations and FMLA documentation at her discretion. We ask that the participant is established with our practice for at least 6 months. We encourage our participants to share with their Provider of such intent at the initial consultation.

We have flexible hours to accommodate individuals with busy schedules. We do not have emergency hours.

Yes. We provide evaluation and treatment by video appointments only.
